• For cancellations up to 72 hours before the excursion, we offer a 100% refund.
• For cancellations within 72 hours, we do not offer refunds.

For private tours :

• For cancellations up to 7 days before the tour, we offer a 100% refund.
• For cancellations of less than 7 days, we do not offer refunds.

In the event of hazardous weather conditions, or other unforeseeable factors.
We will offer you either a new booking date or a 100% refund.
